Polycarb leather cutting dies easily and accurately cut shapes from leather up to 8-9 oz. thick for consistent results every time
Die boards are precisely cut from 1/2" thick polycarbonate, a lightweight material that is 30 times more resistant to impact than acrylic
Clear polycarbonate die board allows you to place your die accurately on your leather
.937" tall, 3 point steel rule is precisely machine bent, welded at the seam and carefully hammered into the die board for reliable cutting performance
Gray foam alignment guides keep holes perfectly centered for accurate punching every time — no guesswork!
High density ejection foam is added to the die to help prevent leather from accumulating during the cutting process. Important note: Do not remove the ejection foam or mistake it for packaging material. It is necessary for the proper function of your new die.

These dies are incredible. I

"These dies are incredible. I was able to cut my 1. 5" 13. 5oz leather like butter on my homemade clicker press. I love the size of holes they leave and love that I can tuck the belt in between the foam to make sure it doesn't slip out of alignment. I realize all belts have a standard 5 hole punch, but would like to have something similar with just the holes so I can add addt'l holes if necessary, as I haver some customers that ask for 6 holes and sometimes 7, I assume because they are in the process of losing weight."
