Reviews

As someone who’s only ever

"As someone who’s only ever hand stitched leather, this is the perfect way for me to ease into using a machine. I was able to start using it efficiently after only a few minutes getting used to it."

First sewing machine I have

"First sewing machine I have owned. It was perfectly set up straight out of the box. I followed the instructions and made sure the appropriate areas were properly oil. Threading the needle and sewing were easy. Watched a couple of videos on line and picked up a few tips and tricks. Definitely recommended for anyone wishing to upgrade from hand sewing."

This Machine Works Great

"I bought this Cub a couple of years ago. Just got around to writing a review. Since buying it I added a table that surrounds it to give bigger items more stability. I also drilled and tapped my extra leaf on my shaper to give it a real firm base. Since it is in my wood shop I had my wife make a cover for it so it doesn't get covered in dust. You can see these thing in one of the photos I attached. I also included a picture of the the western fast draw rig I made using the Cub. Yhis thing is built like a tank and I think I will get many years use from it."

First sewing machine in 50+

"First sewing machine in 50+ years of doing leatherwork. For the volume of work I do, this machine fits the bill perfectly."

Richard S. (5/5)

What a piece of marvel

"Great craftsmanship, is a workhorse, once you get familiar with how to set your tensions for the stitch and presser foot for the various weights of your projects you will be pleased with the results. I personally just backstitch by hand at the beginning and end of the stitch line and it works great."
