"Defective Junk at a Premium Price I was excited to receive this punch, but it was a major disappointment. While the order arrived quickly and well-packaged, the tool itself was clearly defective. The cutting edge is improperly ground and damaged right out of the box, and it took hours of rework to even make it usable. As you can see in the attached photo, there are visible scratches and pitting where the handle meets the cutter—signs of poor manufacturing and lack of quality control. The tool's overall finish, which should have been smooth and precise, looks more like something from a cheap import. This is not the high-quality product I expected from C. S. Osborne. I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for, and I’m extremely unhappy with this purchase."
