This is a fabulous, sturdy

"This is a fabulous, sturdy clicker. Easy to set-up and easy to use. No more cranking on a bottle jack until you get through the leather. You definitely need assistance getting it off the pallet and into your workspace."

Just right for my needs.

"I took the plunge to a clicker for punching out big mule halter nose bands from 10/12 oz bridle leather. It works great, now just need to keep adding some more dies. I'm glad Weaver makes this heavy, manual clicker available to seasonal leather workers like me. This is a much better option than having a hydraulic machine sitting idle for periods of time. This 8 ton clicker shares shop space with my manual strap cutter and now discontinued strap creaser. Great machines made in America. Thanks Dusty Crary 7 lazy P Outfitting Choteau MT"

Well Built

"I've never owned a clicker before, but I do know well built when I see it. I expect my daughter to inherit it in (hopefully) 30 years time."

Awesome addition to the business

"We purchased this clicker press for working with our alligator skins. This press functions perfectly as well as avoiding any wasted skin. I would recommend this product to anyone that would like to take their projects to the next level."

Worst Product Weaver Make

"I bought this as I thought it would be a good option to cut bigger items than on my smaller presses made in Australia. I was initially disappointed in it not being developed very well. When you swing the head it smashes into the metal on the sides and when you push down the metal handle hits the metal plate. All very uncomfortable. It doesn't cut to the edges of big knives so I can't use it for much bigger than the small presses anyway. I ground off the guards so I could move the cutting board to be able to get the work out without scratching the leather which made it a little better and after adding loads of rubber stoppers everywhere it seemed ok. 2 months in and the head came loose. After fixing, it just went downhill. The head would jam down and the only way to get it up was to get 2 people swinging on the end of a crow bar. This got more and more frequent. I complained and eventually got given a credit at the store for the purchase price. This wasn't ideal as I had paid $2500 in shipping on top of the purchase price to get it to me and the price I paid was less than that. After many many repairs and after pulling apart my 10 year old Australian press which this has copied, I discovered what was wrong with it and why the top adjustable knob kept coming undone. I fixed it and finally could use it trouble free. UNTIL, after about 2 months of daily use and 10 moths after buying it, the welded body cracked rendering it completely useless. This should not be cheap steel plates welded together. It absolutely needs to be made from solid cast components. Please note: I have many Weaver products and this does not by any means represent their quality of other products. I have used in my studio a number of other weaver machines with no issues what so ever, which is why I spent so much on this press. Unfortunately they need to take it off the market until it is developed further"

This clicker has just the

"This clicker has just the right capacity for my needs. It has a simple design, is well made, and I really appreciate that is made right here in the USA. Most of my clicking is in 9/10 oz. + leather with larger dies and this handles it nicely. This clicker joins my Master Tool manual strap cutter and the original roller creaser. If you need to click heavier leathers, but don't have giant production runs to meet, this is a great clicker to add to your shop. Dusty Crary 7 lazy P Outfitting"

Amazing addition to my studio!

"This is an incredible piece of equipment. I didn't have the electrical set-up for a hydraulic die clicker but needed something with some horsepower for my small batch production efforts. Luckily I found this beauty and it's a wonderful machine. It is a beast and has streamlined my production efforts SO much. I am grateful I found this piece of equipment and HIGHLY recommend it!"
