My new favorite tool!

"Absolutely love it. I have been using the common wooden type of draw gauge for a number of years and decided that an upgrade was in order. And what an upgrade it is! This is one heck of a sturdy tool - does not wobble nor does it cut unevenly. It embues one with a sense of confidence that each cut will be even and precise. The blade is easy enough to maintain - i simply strop it before each use. It is as sharp as can be. This should last me many, many years and I will have to look no further hence forth for perfect strap cuts. At least until I upgrade to a machine, one day, waaaay in the future. For now - I am more than pleased. Huzzah to fine craftsmanship. Huzzah to future leather endeavors."
