I’d spilled olive oil on it while out to dinner and was sure it was never going to recover. This product took 95% of the stain out in one treatment. "Picked this up after spilling a few drops of oil on my leather couch. I had a quarter sized dark splotch. Applied this per the directions, and covered up the unaffected area with cut pieces of an old t-shirt (as another reviewer noticed that they used tape and the product pulled extra oil under the tape and left lighter markings). Sprayed on from 20 cm away. Left on for 2 hours. Dusted off the residue. Repeated the process one more time… and the spot was completely gone!!!! It was a little lighter than the surrounding leather initially (as the oil that was supposed to be there likely got pulled a bit too). Four days later after routine use of the couch, the light area is back to normal and I cannot even find the spot anymore!!! AMAZING! Without me doing anything to treat the originally lighter area. One last note - another reviewer noted the nozzle became clogged between uses. I turned the can upside down and depressed the nozzle for 3 seconds after each application was done - to clear the nozzle. Worked like a charm - no clogging or otherwise. (Do that bit outside as the product will spray out for the first 2 seconds of that process). Cannot recommend this product or this store enough! I am in their debt!"
Expensive but worth it. It
"Expensive but worth it. It looks similar to white talc powder with a aerosol vehicle to help it penetrate deep into the leather pores. I have a full grain leather sofa and recliner. Over 6 years it has mostly patinated well. However the headrest, arm rest, hand rest are very dark and stained from normal skin oils. Cleaners did not help. This product works very well. In my experience the recommend removal in 2 hours is much too soon for significant skin oil staining. 2 hours did nothing notable. In my experience 8-12 hours worked much better. Took two applications. End result was very natural and beautiful looking leather areas that perfectly matches the patina of 6 year old daily used leather. I should have saved my time, effort,$ and used Leather Master Degreaser from the very start."
