Using heavy suede lining and
"Using heavy suede lining and 9-10 ounce veg tanned Hermann Oak leather to make holsters for the first time, warm water blocking would not firm up much at all, so I used the Leather Firmer for the first time also. Online instructions were: "using a wool dauber in a circular motion, apply a thin layer to the suede and repeat on the exterior then repeat as needed until desired firmness achieved" Hmmm, tedious. I poured the quart into a bucket and dipped each holster until no more soak up was noted, re-blocked and allowed to completely dry before any topcoat was applied. It appears that it worked very well. Image was taken before topcoat."
