"Quality Latigo at a fair price. My saddle has a "spider" (cavalry-style) rigging, so I had to add a few more holes. I've ridden with it twice, so far... It was a little stiff and hard to tighten the first ride. Then I read/heard on-line to dust the rough side of a new Latigo with baby powder or corn starch to help it slide. Tried that for the second ride, and it was much easier to get the proper tightness on my horse."
