"This product was a significant disappointment and a waste of money. It lacks essential installation components: there are no instructions, no provided fasteners and/or recommendations for suitable hardware. Compounding the issue, the mounting holes in the back are unthreaded, preventing standard screw installation. I tried using rivets but malfunctioned and jammed the lock mechanism, rendering the item inoperable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product."
