Best chrome leather I’ve ever had
"It’s been a little over 2 years since I’ve last bought this leather and I’m so glad I purchased it again. It lasted me many projects and has a very fine finish, easy to burnish and lovely to workability. Every leather I’ve purchased after has been kind of disappointing. I was chasing after something similar and cheaper but found myself always wanting to go back to the Jasper. Of course, every leather has its use and purpose, but to me, this leather is my all-arounder. The biggest project I made is a backpack where it’s been in the rain, out in the sun, on construction sites, thrown around, etc. The leather has taken punishment but still looks fantastic (with care and maintenance too) and still looks pretty dang good. It’s held up very well over the years and I’m sure it will last ages longer. Attached are the before and after pictures of my backpack and some other projects I’ve made with it."

"I usually only work with veg tan but I wanted to give this Jasper Chrome Pull-Up a try, and I glad I did. I love the color, I really like that the pull-up is not as obvious as some of the other pull-ups, but enough to give it that distinctive look. It is a dream to cut, sew, burnish, etc. The only downside to it is that you can’t tape a pattern to it since the tape won’t stick, but I know that is because of all the oils it’s stuffed with, just as any chrome tan would have. Over all it is heat stuff to work with, and I will be using it again."
