Well-made piece but it is
"Well-made piece but it is blunt out of the box and looks like it has been used before as it appears to have leather chaff inside it. Had expected"

"Bought both the 1/2in and 1 in hole punches. The 1/2 in woulds with all the leather that I have punched so far. The 1 in. doesn’t cut 2-3 oz leather as well as I had hoped."
"Took a bit of work to sharpen the hole punch but it great now. Luckily, I have a grinder that made it a quick job. Using this punch for installing zipper slots and it’s perfect for that job."
"Great design and sturdy"
"I make leather “washers” in the purses I make to ensure that rivets don’t pull out. This punch is very sturdy and punches holes with ease."
"Very dull and striking surface is curved , damaging my mallet."
"I'm so disappointed. I ordered the 3/4" and 1" punches. They look incredibly solid. Unfortunately if took 34 hard strikes to produce a 1" hole and 21 strikes for the 3/4". The resulting holes are about 1/16" wider on the surface and taper down to the correct diameter at the bottom. C.S. Osborne, this is shameful. No longer will your name on the box carry any weight with me."
