"Leather was awesome. Uniform thickness and great quality, similar to other Weaver leather I’ve purchased. Unfortunately, this product was folded and placed in a box so it came with two significant creases running the length of the hide. One was extremely difficult to work out and still shows a little in the final piece. I needed a large piece so I couldn’t work around it. I spent nearly a hour moisturizing, massaging, heating, and stretching the hide to get it about 95% better. Hopefully it will continue to improve and fade with time."

Beautiful leather!
"I wasn’t expecting a leather as buttery and supple as this. Color is consistent, a little lighter than shown though. And with the texture of the leather, aside from making beautiful wallets, I’m afraid it will not hold up well for the projects I used it for. Time will tell. All in all, it’s a wonderful leather and I’ll use it for other things because I believe it is perfect for bags and jewelry."

"That is the panel I received. Accurate size, nice color, very supple, and affordable price. Worth it!"
OK but disappointing.
"The Elkrun hide arrived with two black spots making portions of the hide unusable which was disappointing. Fortunately, there was enough clean hide for my project so I didn’t bother with a return. The black spots appeared to be some kind of chemical spilled on the hide. I normally don’t get that sort of thing from Weaver. It would be difficult to miss these spots as one was about two square inches."
