It is not a self-explanatory" template

"Template is not "self-explanatory" meaning unless you watch the video about this on YouTube it is not obvious how this works together to get the finished padfolio. This is not what I would have expected from a reasonable simple item. When you see the video you realize that some things need to be duplicated despite not indicating this on the template pieces. Mean while the binder piece you are supposed to use different ways depending on style but the western style of the one side interferes with the "modern" style of the other side when laying/cutting it out. This piece should have been one piece for the binder in each style or sold each style separately. In essence there are a lot of assumptions made that make this template more difficult to build then I would have expected."

I never received the templates...

"I received the the order, but this template was missing. I called and was told it was included. I looked very carefully, no template and asked for a replacement... I called again and asked for a refund for the missing item...I was told someone would look into it. Never heard another word Usually Weaver has good service, this time they really dropped the ball. I order around a $200 a month in leather, so I have been buying from Springfield, Rocky Mountain, and Montana leather companies. I need to get a Little Wonder to keep up with my word of mouth orders... but I’m still not sure I can spend money with Weaver."
