"These Chicago screws look fantastic from the front side. And the torx fastener slot in the rear is a great innovation. The screws go in much faster and are a lot less prone to try to cross-thread than if using a regular flat screwdriver. The only issue is the look of both the screw slot and the torx slot together. I realize it is a design attempting to be more versatile, but the cosmetics are way too busy - even on the offside face. This is compounded by the fact that the stamping die extruded a bit of flash around each screw head; easy to buff out, but still…"
