At Weaver Leather Supply, we work closely with our tanneries to ensure our water buffalo hides are tanned with the same level of care as our cow hides. This water buffalo leather’s chrome tannage yields consistent color and grade and offers excellent value compared to veg tan leather. Chrome tanning takes about one to three days as opposed to the one-to-three-month veg tanning process, making it an economical choice for crafters.
