Thank you for your interest in opening a Weaver Leather Supply account! We have strict guidelines to sell our supplies through qualified wholesale customers. To establish a Weaver Leather Supply Account please provide the following information.

  • A Federal Tax ID number (We require a completed Tax Exemption Form for the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI)
  • All first time orders must total $500 (excluding shipping charges) or you may purchase a non-refundable wholesale membership for $200.00 if placing an order under $500.
  • A annual minimum of $1200 is required to maintain wholesale pricing.
