"I bought this leather to make tote bags - but I prefer them unlined. Not being able to see the actual hide before I bought it left me disappointed because the back side of the hide is not attractive at all. It looks like it has stains or is dirty. Not sure how to use it now but I'll have to line the back. The front looks promising, I'm considering different uses for it, like the BOTTOM of a lined canvas bag."
