Nicely made stamp = stainless

"Nicely made stamp = stainless steel. Quite hefty feel, The larger diameter shaft is nice, takes a heavy blow to make a good impression since it is a large stamp. Impression is crisp. I will likely buy more of this type, but they are pretty pricey = not BK pricey, but still pretty steep. I do think that the domed top striking surface of the shaft is a mistake. If you are using a round, tapered hard faced maul the stamp want to leap out of plumb when struck. I will either grind the top flat as are my other stamps or have to switch to a flat mallet type tool."
