First time attempting any kind of clothing.
"I looked at the picture of the American Bison leather and it looked good. When I received it, it looked even better. Beautiful leather. Firm yet plenty supple. I decided to use it in an ambitious project - a western style vest. I studied several pictures and my wife helped me decide on the style. I drew up a pattern then went to cutting and sewing. It is still a work in progress. Still have to make pockets and burnish all the edges. I will also need to add a protective top coat. The buttons are buffalo nickel style. It is a bit stiff but over time it will be a great addition to my spring and fall wardrobe."
