A Mexican tannery, Industrias Chahin de Orizaba, S.A. de C.V., started in 1932 as a producer of vegetable leather. In 1991, under the brand name Chahin Leather, the tannery began to make leather specifically for the horse and saddlery industry. Their traditional pit-drum tanning process utilizes the latest technology and the best hides. In addition to veg tanned, they also produce chrome-vegetable and alum tanned leather. You can count on the Chahin Leather brand for your leather products.
